We do not provide tables, chairs, décor, or lighting equipment. These are up to you to provide. Some of the features we do offer are two private bathrooms, parking, and a security team.  

No. Pyrotechnics or open flames are prohibited in the building, however, we do allow small contained fireworks such as sparklers in the parking lot.

Yes! Our main lot fits 150 cars and if there is need for more parking, we have an overflow lot on the east side that fits an additional 400 cars.  

The Sunkist Warehouse is available for rental Monday- Sunday (keep in mind, business is in session at the warehouse Monday- Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.). We have flexible hours available for events, so you can build your own schedule 

There are no time restrictions on set up/clean up. However, please be aware that you are charged for every hour you are in the warehouse, including set up and clean up times. 

Yes, we have two private, gender neutral bathrooms (no stalls) available. 

We work with any licensed and insured vendor. 

Alcohol is allowed to be served by a licensed and insured professional. 

Yes, there are two air conditioning units in the building. However, the Sunkist Warehouse is a 100-year-old building so the system is slightly dated. There are fans on the ceiling that stay on throughout the event, but if you are weary about the temperature, we recommend that you bring your own swamp or portable cooler.  

Tours are available by appointment only. Tours can be scheduled any time between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday- Friday. Please send us an email with the day and time you plan to visit and we will respond with availability. Upon arrival, a warehouse rep will gladly show you around! Tours are unavailable when the office is closed (weekends and major holidays). 

Yes! As previously mentioned, you can have an event on any day of the week! However, business is in session throughout the remainder of the warehouse including the office, CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machining and assembly floor. 

Prices vary depending on the type of event, time of year, number of guests, and hours you are looking to rent the space. Price packages are not fixed. 

We do not provide a kitchen for use. All caterers must bring the food prepared.  

Yes, our main parking lot (west side) has a concrete wheelchair ramp leading to the main entrance.
